When it comes to Civil Ceremonies I just love it when couples decide to really put their stamp on the occasion. I just feel this provides a little individuality which should be the case. Jade & Harry decided to write their own vows detailing their thoughts and wishes as they look ahead to the future. From a filmmakers view point you already know this is a heartfelt moment. The couples friends and family travelled from distance many friends travelling up from London.
There was a sense of elegance about the day and it was a pleasure to work with Joab the photographer https://www.joabsmithphotography.co.uk/ who was just fab! As the day winded on through we were ready for the speeches and these were just again so heart warming. A moment I loved was Jade saying a few words and talking through some of her memories with Harry and their travel adventures through to just wondering the streets of London together.
As I already said the morning was concerning with the rain clouds but not only did they hold off we were met in the evening by the most beautiful sunset and we thought why not… lets have first dance up on the hill with all the guests with the sunset as the back drop. The sunsetting through the hillside and friends and family making a circle arch to surround the couple.
