It was a Zoom call that got me truly excited about this Wedding! at the beautiful Rushton Hall Wedding Venue. I had been speaking with Ann the amazing Wedding Planner who had kept me updated with all the planning in the build up. Dora & Sean then hopped on a call with me and I just knew it was going to be such a super cool Wedding. Dora & Sean were equally excited and were all smiles. Rushton Hall is truly spectacular! you drive into the grounds and you can’t help but be blown away by the grounds and the location. It was a winter Wedding with a later ceremony so Dora and all the bridal party timed things to perfection! Dora was getting into her dress as the sunset which provided beautiful light as a back drop peering into the window frames.
The guys had jobs to complete with final set up plans and the funny scenario of how many guys does it take to put up a gazebo! The ceremony was simply elegant with the beautiful flowers arched over Dora & Sean as they got married.
The party was only just beginning and the ball room at Rushton played host to the Wedding banquet with curtains drawing open at the end to reveal a band ready to kick start proceedings. I did enjoy Dora’s fathers speech, emotional words mixed with pure comedy. As I write this it’s always a pleasure to have celebrants conduct the ceremony it just adds that personal touch to a Wedding and Helen did just this.
I come across and work with so many photographers these days but Me and Dominika were in tandem the whole day! it was just great to work with a photographer who searches for those natural moments and loves natural light just as much as me.
Dora & Sean were just a joy! and documenting their Wedding was something that I will always remember.
